Level of Instruction: Intermediate-Advanced.

SkimStone™ Applicators....enjoy learning more complex techniques and combinations of aggregates mixed with the SkimStone™ products to add to your product knowledge. Learn new color mix formulas, color matching techniques and textured SkimStone techniques. Learn to embellish SkimStone™ with "Modello Designs" decorative masking patterns. You will be encouraged to design your own color combinations with color theory guidance from the instructor. In addition, you will be introduced to combinations of aggregates, mica powders, metallic patinas, wood stains and stonewashed pigments to enhance the finish. A discussion of sealers for waterproofing and stain prevention and combination topcoats to create impervious surfaces for shower installations will be addressed. Wear paint clothes. Fee includes a complete course syllabus and a catered lunch.
*Registering at least two weeks prior to the date of the class is considered "Early Bird Registration". The discount will be applied to your credit card if you register before the end of the last day, two weeks prior to the date of the class. Any registrations done in the two weeks prior will pay full price.
