SkimStone™ is an integrally colored cement overlayment that offers ease of application, is highly cost-effective and can be used with Modello Decorative Masking Patterns to create any number of innovative and elegant looks making it the a perfect combination for decorative concrete artisans.
Learn to layout and install a 3'x5' Modello Carpet pattern on a functional floorcloth or wallhanging. The amazing flexibility of the SkimStone product is evident in this application. The techniques learned here can be applied to ceilings, walls and floors as you can create the finishes off site and install on the job later. Wear painting clothes. Lunch included. For "real world" training, you will be invited to participate in our next Concrete Carpet project on a floor. You will be volunteering your time as you learn the complexities of installing large concrete carpets.
